SCHEDULING
SeeVogh lets you start spontaneously discussions or use the scheduling system to arrange events or meetings in advance.
Spontaneous Discussions:
- Invite a user to a video discussion. If the user accepts, SeeVogh puts you and the selected person into a private meeting.
- Once you are in a meeting (private or not) it is always possible to invite more users to the meeting.
- Private meetings are only shown on the attendee's calendars.

Quick meeting:
- Only a title is required to create an Ad-Hoc meeting and you are put into the meeting automatically.
- Ad-Hoc meetings can be set-up simply and quickly and can connect you to external users via H.323 or SIP systems.
- Ad-Hoc meetings are immediately posted to the calendar so community members can quickly locate the meeting to join the session
- Full feature scheduling permits password protection, community-based session access, reoccurring meetings and much more
- Scheduling system can be integrated with existing calendaring systems
Meeting Types:
- Open Meeting Types: Every participant can send and receive media.
- Plenary Session: only the moderators and the creator of the meeting can send media. Participants can raising their hand (digitally) to request to talk.
- Class Room: Similar to a Plenary Session but tailored to the requirements of a classroom.
- Broadcast: The moderators and meeting creator control all aspects of this one-way communication. A meeting Chat is available for all participants.
