With different types of meetings there are different moderation rules that can be set. For example if there is no moderator in an ongoing meeting for more than 3 minutes participants can be granted limited privileges (mute mic or video) until a moderator joins the meeting. The privileges and limitations differ according to meeting roles and the type of meeting.

Some of the moderation features include :

  • Mute or Disable the mic of the selected participant
  • Stop or Disable the video camera of the selected participant
  • Stop or Disable the broadcast of the screen of the selected participant
  • Stop any Media sent by the selected participant
  • Disable the meeting Chat of the selected participant
  • Kick off the selected participant from the current meeting
  • Mute the mic of all participants except yourself
  • Allow/Deny recording of the current meeting
  • Allow/Deny digital raising hand from the selected participant
  • Allow/Deny digital raising hand from any participant
  • Give your privileges to the selected participant

Real-Time Support :

  • Check the current state of each participant: ON/OFF, ENABLED/DISABLED of media
  • Open the mic, turn ON the video camera or even broadcast the screen of the selected participant (only with their permission).
  • Initiate a private Chat with any participant
  • Initiate a private Audio discussion to test his/her audio setup
  • Send a file to the selected participant
