The last Java from SUN MicroSystem / Oracle (www.java.com) installed on your machine
Internet connection: minimum download: 768Kbit/s and minimum upload: 256Kbit/s
Speaker phones and a microphone if you want to speak with other ;)
[Optional] A video camera if you want to transmit your video
[Optional] Any version H.323 or SIP client if want to use
